Safety Standards against CSEA
Last updated: March 12, 2026
Kapsely maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSEA). We are committed to providing a safe environment for all our users, especially minors.
1. Forbidden Content
The creation, storage, or distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is strictly prohibited. Any account found to be involved in such activities will be immediately terminated and reported to the relevant authorities, including NCMEC and local law enforcement.
2. Proactive Monitoring and Reporting
We use industry-standard hashing technology (such as PhotoDNA) and machine learning models to identify and block illegal content. Our safety team reviews reports manually and takes swift action on any detected violations.
3. Reporting Abuse
If you encounter any content that violates our safety standards, please use the in-app reporting tools or contact us immediately at safety@kapsely.com. We treat all safety reports with the highest priority.
4. Collaboration with Authorities
Kapsely collaborates with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and international law enforcement agencies to combat the spread of CSAM and protect children globally.
5. User Safety Tips
- Never share personal or identifying information with strangers.
- Encourage minors to report any uncomfortable interactions.
- Use our "Private Capsule" features to control exactly who sees your content.
