You are solely responsible for the content you upload to your capsules. Kapsely is not responsible for data loss if you forget your access credentials.

You are not allowed to use Kapsely to store illegal, harmful content or content that infringes on the rights of third parties.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or close your account if you breach these terms or engage in activities that put the platform at risk.

5. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by applicable laws and any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts.
