At Kapsely, we believe your memories are private and should be fully under your control. This page explains how you can manage your account, including creation and deletion processes.

How to Create an Account

Creating a Kapsely account is simple and entirely free:

Download the Kapsely app from the Play Store or App Store.
Open the app and tap on Sign Up.
Provide your email address and choose a secure password.
Complete your profile by choosing a unique username.
You're ready to start sealing memories!

How to Delete Your Account (In-App)

Open the Kapsely app.
Go to your Profile tab.
Tap on Edit Profile.
Scroll to the bottom of the screen.
Tap on Delete Account.
Confirm your action in the dialogs that appear.

What Data is Deleted?

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

Profile information (Username, display name, bio, birthdate).
Uploaded media (Photos, videos, and audio files).
Your created Capsules and their contents.
Chat history and messages sent.
Follower/Following relationships.

Data Retention Policy

Once the deletion process is completed, the data is removed and cannot be recovered. However, some technical or legal data (such as transaction receipts for premium features, if applicable) may be retained for the minimum period required by law.
